Following the Insanity Workout Schedule

As you may have noticed in some fitness blogs, the Insanity program is divided into different phases. During the first month of your Insanity workout schedule, you will do various cardio exercises:  Cardio Power and Resistance, Cardio Circuit, Cardio Recovery, Pure Cardio, and Cardio Abs.  The first 30 days of the Insanity program will require you to work for only 30-40 minutes per day, 6 times a week and you are allowed to rest on the 7th day.
